It is getting warmer outside, the animals are coming out, and the flowers are ready to bloom and flourish. And just like flowers, your child needs a little food, a little water, and a whole lot of love! Today, you and your child will make a paper flower that looks like them!

Supplies

A beautiful picture of your child

1 piece of paper

Leaf paper

Cup

Scissors

Glue (glue stick)

Crayons, color pencils, or markers

Pencil

Popsicle stick

Directions

Step 1

Place the cup on top of the piece of paper. Use a pencil to trace a circle and safely cut the circle out.

Step 2

Print the leaf sheet out (link here). Let your child color the leaves on the leaf paper. Safely, cut each one of them out.

Step 3

Have your child glue the leaves to the circle.

Step 4

After that is done, glue the picture of your child on the white circle. (Try to have the picture fit the white circle.)

Step 5

Take the popsicle stick and glue it to the back of the flower. And then your flower is finished!
